Traficante is unlike any other brand currently on the market and that often brings confusion to new customers and retailers. We DO NOT keep large quantities of cigars in a warehouse ready to ship. In fact, our cigars are transferred from our aging room to our humidor (65/65) where they remain until orders are placed by either online customers or our retail partners. At that point each cigar is inspected a minimum of three times prior to labeled, packed and shipped. Our “Infused” cigars are often in short supply as they take over a month to produce due to our time consuming but effective methods. Our boxes are produced to order and handmade one at a time. At a time where most prefer the convenience and speed of access to mass produced cigars, we are the exception...and we won’t change.
While we appreciate the growing interest in our brands, we are learning to be more selective when adding retail partners. We do not employ a sales force nor do we allow brokers. Our product speaks for itself and we have been highly successful operating in this manner dealing directly with our retail partners. As of 07/13/21 our initial minimum order requirement is $1000.00 and we do require retailers to maintain some stock and remain active. Retailers that place an order and do not pay for said order within three business days are subject to removal. We do not like wasting our time and we do not rush our processes and procedures for ANYONE. In the event a retailer is removed / relationship terminated...their listing will be removed from our retail partner list. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will a retailer be reinstated once they have been removed.
