Your complete satisfaction with our products is our goal. If for any reason your order did not meet your expectations, you may return the order for a replacement within the first 10 days of your purchase. No returns of cigars after  10 days of purchase. Traficante Cigar Company reserves the right to make substitutions when necessary.

We know you want your order yesterday, and we strive to get orders shipped as soon as possible. However, we cannot and will not change our strict quality control processes.

Online inventory is updated regularly. If an item is not immediately available, it will ship the moment it becomes available at no additional charge.
